All cleaning is carried out from the ground. For residential customers this means you can have your upstairs windows cleaned and maintain your privacy. For commercial customers this means a minimum of disruption for your staff/residents.

- Rain Policy– I do not clean windows in heavy or moderate rain. Although rain rarely affects the quality of a clean, I can understand why customers wouldn’t want their windows cleaned when it is raining. However, in order to provide a reliable service I do continue to clean during very light rain or drizzle.
