This is a very common question that we are often asked. When we did research a while back, the most common option chosen by potential & new customers was monthly. As we cover different areas on different days, we made the decision to operate our rounds on a 4-weekly basis rather than monthly. There is only a matter of a few days difference, and by operating on a 4-weekly cycle, it allows the customer to keep the same day of the week each time. For instance, we cover Shifnal on a Monday, so our Shifnal customers always expect us on a Monday every 4 weeks. This is much better than telling a customer ‘we will always be here on the 1st of the month, as the 1st will fall on a different day each month including weekends and we don’t cover residential cleans on a weekend. This would then get quite confusing for us and our customers with having to move it to a different date, hence the reason for operating on a 4-weekly basis.
