Yes we can reach windows that are positioned above conservatories by using our reach & wash system (water fed pole), as well as conservatory roofs.
How often can I have my windows cleaned?
We offer 4-weekly only for regular window cleaning.
How will I know when you are going to be coming to clean my windows?
We always show the “next clean date” on the bottom of your invoice/receipt but we also send a message or text the day before.
Why will my windows not be dried if you use the reach & wash system?
We use 100% pure water which will evaporate off your glass & dry naturally, leaving the windows smear free.
Do I need to provide any materials such as water or electricity?
When we visit, we bring everything that we will need for window cleaning.
We require access to electricity for carrying out Gutter Clearouts.
Do you offer an internal window cleaning service?
Yes, upon request, subject to space being available upon the round in your area.
Do you work in the rain?
Yes we work in light rainfall. Rainwater does not make windows dirty. It is the dirt lying on windows that contaminates rainwater, causing spots & streaks.
How much do you charge?
Each job is individually quoted as no 2 jobs are the same.

We carry full public liability insurance.
